Now Enrolling for In-Person Injection Molding Training Courses
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL, August 3, 2022 - Shibaura Machine is pleased to announce our popular in-person injection molding training courses are resuming for the remainder of 2022. Customers can join us at our tech centers in Elk Grove Village, IL, Charlotte, NC, and Markham, ON, Canada to learn both in the classroom, through demonstration, and hands-on for a variety of classes.
Experienced Shibaura Machine processors train on a variety of topics to keep your team up to date on technologies and processes. You will spend time operating the injection molding machine directly, operating control units, learning best practices in maintenance, and learning what faults to look for.
Injection Molding Courses
Whether you are new to the career or bring years of experience, the courses are personalized to fit your needs and aim to improve your overall injection molding machine performance and confidence on the job.
- V70 Controller Training
This 1 ½ day class is a great refresher or introductory class for those new to the machines. It provides theoretical training on all-electric machines and the V70 controller. Students will also have hands-on training with the ECSXIII machine to apply learned skills and develop a deeper understanding of using the controller and all its functions.
- Molding 360 - Advanced Processing *NEW*
This intensive 3-day advanced course focused on enhancing skills and learning how to develop a process through scientific molding concepts. With a combination of classroom and hands-on processing, students will leave with the tools required to maximize quality, productivity, and profitability.
- EC Maintenance Training
During this 1 ½ day course, students will learn machine parameters, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and a review of control functions will be presented in the classroom and through machine demonstration. A basic understanding of the Shibaura EC all-electric machine is required for students to attend this course.
Currently, nine courses are scheduled for the remainder of the year in several locations and 2023 course schedules will be posted shortly.
