Our world-class manufacturing capability is supported by extensive assembly capacity designed for both subassemblies and complete machines and systems. Across multiple assembly stations, we can support work from smaller crane-assisted areas through large-scale assembly spaces equipped with 16-ton, 20-ton, and 40-ton cranes. This gives us the flexibility to assemble machines, hydraulic units, hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic drives, piping, and hosing according to customer design drawings, while also supporting welding, paint shop operations, and quality assurance within the same manufacturing environment.
Our milling and turning strengths come from a combination of modern equipment, specialized tooling, and deep application expertise. The turning shop is equipped for a wide range of boring diameters and drilling depths, including machine diameters from 300 to 800 mm at lengths up to 2.5 m, and diameters up to 1,100 mm at shorter lengths. We are especially strong in machining pistons, cylinder liners, and cylinder heads, supported by vibration-damped boring bars and custom tooling. In milling, our shop is tailored to our products through special jigs, fixtures, suitable tools, multi-pallet centers, rotary storage systems, and a boring machine with a 12,000 mm travel range—enabling high flexibility, rapid response, and reliable precision from small to large components.
